We are delighted to welcome you to Maison Jazey, a refined and intimate place in the heart of Semur-en-Auxois. To ensure the highest level of service, we invite you to read these conditions, which are accepted at the time of booking.
1. Purpose
These conditions govern bookings made with MONBARON & MURPHY COLLECTION, 20 rue de la Liberté, 21140 Semur-en-Auxois, France. Any booking implies the client's full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
2. Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the stay. Payment is made securely at the time of booking, by credit card or bank transfer. No booking is guaranteed until payment has been received.
3. Rates and tourist tax
Rates are shown in euros, all taxes included. The tourist tax (1,10 € per person per night), collected on behalf of the local authority, is added to the price of the stay and collected at booking or on site.
4. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: until 12:00 noon
Early check-in or late check-out may be offered on request, subject to availability.
5. Cancellation policy
Owing to the personalised nature of our service and the limited number of our apartments, every booking is firm, final and non-refundable. As a small independent house, and unlike large-capacity establishments, we cannot absorb last-minute cancellations or changes without a significant impact on our business.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect your booking against the unexpected.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period. The booking is therefore firm as soon as it is confirmed, under the conditions of Article 5.
7. Liability and house rules
The client undertakes to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. MONBARON & MURPHY COLLECTION cannot be held liable in the event of theft of, or damage to, the client's personal belongings. Any damage caused to the property made available may be charged.
8. Contact
For any question regarding your booking: [email protected] — +33 6 36 48 79 25.
9. Governing law
These conditions are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
